Lancrow Barn is a magical place to stay. You will find our property has all the facilities and amenities you will need during your stay. Furnished to a high standard, you can relax at your leisure and use the property as a base to explore the surroundings at your convenience.

Lancrow Barn is set in a private, elevated position and has been beautifully restored to a high standard. The Barn has been designed "upside down" to make use of what must be some of the best panoramic, uninterrupted views in Cornwall, the surrounding countryside and sea beyond. From the first floor windows St Austell Bay can be seen in the distance. The rear enclosed garden is secluded, partially paved with a patio/barbecue area and charcoal BBQ.

Lancrow Barn is spacious and equipped to a very high standard. There is plenty of parking with space to bring a boat if required. The property is entered through the front partially glazed door into the tiled hall way where the original grain chute forms a feature by the staircase which leads to the first floor.

Upstairs the cream and pine Shaker style kitchen/diner is well equipped with a state of the art ceramic hob/fan oven, microwave, washing machine/dishwasher and American fridge freezer providing iced water and ice making facilities. There is a pine dresser and oak farmhouse table and chairs. The kitchen has a door out into the back garden (which is at first floor level) and a window to the front with beautiful views over the countryside. The first floor is "hip roofed" with partially exposed roof beams.

The sitting room is tastefully furnished and to the front elevation there are double doors with Juliet balcony so that the wonderful views from the upstairs can be savoured. There are also double doors leading to the Amedega Conservatory and rear garden. The rear garden provides a wonderful sun trap in the evening, ideal for barbecues (the house is equipped with its own barbecue) with garden furniture provided for outdoor dining. The sitting room has 3 comfortable sofas.

It is also equipped with a 42" Flat Screen TV and Sky+ Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Downstairs there are three bedrooms: Master Bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. A further bedroom with king bed and ensuite shower/wet room and one bedroom with two single beds and ensuite shower/wet room. All beds have duvets.
