The property is of a very high standard with every comfort and convenience from the good quality beds, quality carpets to the Amdega conservatory. Lancrow Barn is set in its own grounds with its own driveway, and large pavia parking area and gardens. It is set within 15 acres of grassland. Horses graze in many of the fields. A unique and beautiful rural setting but less than a mile off the A390 giving easy access to Fowey, St Austell, Lostwithiel and surrounding areas; Beaches, National Trust properties, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project are all within a short drive. Golf Courses are available at Lostwithiel and St Austell. Sailing and Riding too are close by. Horse Livery is available if required. Several country pubs and restaurants are all within a short drive of the property. Visiting Lancrow is an opportunity not to be missed!
