Fowey Enjoy your stay! You will find our property has all the facilities and amenities you will need during your stay. Furnished to a high standard, you can relax at your leisure and use the property as a base to explore the surroundings at your convenience. The Picture House, which was the old cinema projection rooms and provides very high quality accommodation for two adults in the centre of Fowey, adjacent to the shops, restaurants, bars and cafe. The property is on the level part of Fowey and it is possible to pull in to the courtyard to load and unload as and when required. Public car parking is within a short walk. This property provides very reasonably priced accommodation of an exceptionally high standard within the centre of Fowey. The Picture House is adjacent to Merchant's House and can either provide completely independent accommodation or can be used in addition to Merchant's House to increase the sleeping capacity. From the entrance door leading off the Merchant's Row courtyard is a downstairs loo with hand basin and washer/dryer. You proceed up a narrow flight of stairs to the living accommodation which consists of an ensuite double bedroom, kitchen, and sitting room with a sofa bed to sleep two additional people if required. There is a patio area overlooking Fore Street . The Picture House is converted to a very high standard in a bright marine theme style with a combination of wooden floors, luxurious carpets, bright colours and a patio of teak furniture, sun umbrella, Cornish palms and barbeque.
